As of 23rd September 2019 our Practice List will be closed to new patients for six months. This means that we are unable to accept any new patients at this Practice.
If you have friends or relatives visiting you who need a doctor and who are normally resident in the UK, we would be pleased to accept them as a temporary patient. Please tell the receptionist that they are a temporary resident so they can arrange for them to complete the appropriate blue form.
We cannot currently register patients online. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Please call the surgery in the first instance on 01795 477266.
Our staff will advise whether you live within our practice boundary and arrange for you to visit the practice to complete a paper registration form.
These fact sheets have been written to explain the role of UK health services, the National Health Service (NHS), to newly-arrived individuals seeking asylum. They cover issues such as the role of GPs, their function as gatekeepers to the health services, how to register and how to access emergency services.
